To make an appointment or to ask one of our registered nurses a question dial 727-447-6458 and the auto attendant will direct you to the appropriate party in our practice. Appointments start at 6:45 A.M. Monday through Saturday, and at 7:45 A.M. on Sundays and holidays. We request walk-in patients to come in the first half-hour we are open.

Clearwater Office Hours of operation:

Monday through Thursday 6:30-4:00 P.M.
Friday 6:30-3:00 P.M.
Saturday, Sunday and holiday appointment calls are taken until 9:30 A.M. Hours may vary due to patient volume and we recommend calling early in the day so we can accommodate your needs.

Oldsmar Office Hours of operation:

Monday through Thursday 6:30-4:00 P.M.
Friday 6:30-3:00 P.M.+

Emergency calls after hours should be made to the office number, unless it is a true medical emergency. That call should be directed to 911.

If possible, it is always best to call our office first before going to the emergency room.

Our knowledgeable front desk staff (prompt 1) will schedule appointments and update patient insurance information. Our staff will attempt to make an appointment time most convenient for you.

If a sick visit is requested, we always try to see your child the same day.

All patients will need to present current insurance cards and be prepared to pay the co-pay if applicable. A $10.00 billing fee will be added to your account if payment is not made on the date of service.

All patients will see one of our Board certified physicians. An appropriate examination and diagnosis will be made and proper treatment or advice administered during a sick visit. If there is an unusual problem, the doctor may confer with the other physicians or a specialist. At well-child check-ups, the physician examines the patient and then time is given to discuss related anticipatory guidance and answer questions. Our nurses provide assistance with weighing, measuring, collecting blood and urine specimens, giving immunizations and injections, and answering questions.
